Dr. Kim received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with Clinical Honors Program from the University of Pennsylvania, and was awarded the prestigious 4 year Dean’s scholarship from the University of Pennsylvania. After practicing as a general dentist for a few years, she went on to receive her Certificate of Endodontics from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). During her residency, she served as the Resident Expert Advisory Council (REACH) for the American Academy of Endodontics Foundation Board of Trustees. She has worked as a clinician since 2013 in Manhattan, New York and San Francisco, California. She is an avid supporter of community outreach to the less privileged. Dr. Kim has volunteered her time under the AAE outreach in Jamaica and spent time to serve as a volunteer endodontic clinician to the California Dental Association (CDA Cares). She loves travelling and living a healthy lifestyle and moved back to Asia to be closer to her family.
